This brand is a privacy protocol to be used on any smart contract, or in any dapp being developed. Better yet — financial regulators have approved use of the embedded layer and work closely with the startup to monitor and expel all known bad actors who enter the encrypted system, even if they make it through the confidentiality layer — that is, if, the police have the appropriate paperwork allowing for the decryption and identification of the perp.
